Multi-Day Programs
Experience the most of what 100 Elk has to offer by coming for multiple days of activities and staying overnight in our cabins.
To get the full 100 Elk experience, we encourage groups to stay more than one day. Multi-day programs are an ideal option for any size group because they allow participants to experience a greater number of activities at their own pace.
We also find that staying multiple days — away from home, school, etc. — fosters new friendships, a deeper appreciation for nature, as well as a sense of community within the group. With each day, we witness participants and chaperones making new connections with those around them and seeking opportunities to take one step further outside their comfort zone.
Who Is This For?
Multi-day programs usually work best for groups that fit the following descriptions:
- Small to large groups of 20 to 180+ participants
- Schools or groups interested in outdoor experiential education
- Students in elementary school through college (open to adult groups as well)
Depending upon the size of the group, length of stay and type of activities, groups can typically participate in five to eight activities in a three-day trip.
Based upon the capacity of our cabins and staffing, we can accommodate up to 130 participants for a three-day visit and up to 180 for a four-day trip. If your group is larger than 180 participants, email or contact us to discuss how we can best meet your needs.
What’s Included?
All programs include the following:
- Trained 100 Elk instructors
- Safety briefings and instructions
- 5-8 activities facilitated throughout your stay
- Optional evening activities
- Equipment
- Snacks
- Guided debriefs
- Hot breakfasts, lunches and dinners
- Optional sack lunch for departure day
- Overnight housing in cabins
Which Activities?
With a longer stay come more options. Our most popular multi-day program is the three-day option, with a group arriving, for example, at noon on day one and departing at noon on day three.
Depending upon the number of participants, groups can sequence their stay to start with team building and ecology activities and end with high-adventure activities such as the high ropes course, Giant’s Ladder, Leap of Faith and riding lessons.
