Activities<\/h1>\n

Our activities are the heart of what we do here. Choose any of our activities to build a program that promotes teamwork, growth, reflection and fun.<\/h3>\n

100 Elk offers a variety of activities to challenge students and support teamwork. We have seen firsthand the growth and self-confidence participants gain from each of our activities.<\/p>\n

Our \u201cChallenge by Choice\u201d philosophy encourages participants to make choices that are safe, authentic and considerate of the group. We realize that learning and growth come not just from overcoming an obstacle on the high ropes course or completing an activity, but from providing opportunities for participants to make choices for themselves despite peer pressure, much like they may face at school or home.<\/p>\n

The snapshots of our activities below are categorized by type. Activities are offered in half (1.75-hour) or full (3.5-hour) rotations, depending upon the size of your group.
