We employ seasonal, part-time and full-time staff to support our outdoor education programs in the fall and spring.<\/p>\n<p>Our staff comes from a variety of backgrounds and interests, so if you would like to learn more, we\u2019d enjoy hearing from you. They collaborate with the program director to ensure the 100 Elk program runs smoothly, working directly with lead instructors and staff to support participants, teachers, and chaperones. They work closely with the program director to facilitate training, oversee the day-to-day schedule, respond to participant and staff needs, and coach staff. Lead instructors help with staff training and oversight, safe program execution, coordination of logistics, and tone-setting. They provide feedback and coaching support to instructors in conjunction with the program director and program manager. They provide feedback on the success of or ways to improve the program areas they are focused on.
